Sealant for cooling systems. Effectively protects the cooling system and the engine cooling channels against seal damage. Applications Suitable for all cooling systems of petrol and diesel engines. Also for closed cooling systems. Fully compatible with all types of antifreeze and coolants. It has no harmful effect on rubber, plastic, alloys and non-ferrous metals. Apply in case of ? leaking cylinder head gaskets ? leaking coolant hose connections ? hairline cracks in the radiator, cylinder head or engine block. Instructions for use Remove the filler cap from the radiator, start the engine and turn on the heating system to maximum. Wait until the coolant starts to flow. Shake the bottle and pour the contents into the gap of the engine cooling system. Fill the cooling system with coolant up to maximum capacity (be sure not to overfill) and replace the cap. After filling, leave the engine running at idle for another 10 minutes or test drive. Check the level, ventilation and system sealing of the cooling system after cooling down. Danger: Do not remove the filler cap if the engine is HOT! Dosage recommendations: Passenger cars: 1 bottle (300 ml) for max. 10 L of coolant. Trucks: 2 bottles (2 x 300 ml) for 30 L of coolant. Features Immediate effect Valvoline Cooling System Stop Leak has an immediate effect after application. Long-lasting result Designed for long-term sealing of hairline cracks and leaks. Safe operation of cooling systems Effectively prevents coolant loss by sealing hairline cracks and preventing sealant from sweating. Does not block cooling channels. Easy to use Application by simply adding it to the coolant in the radiator. No special tools or equipment required.
Thanks to high-quality leak-sealing components, this product is highly effective and can stop leaks immediately after application. In addition, it is designed to stop seal sweating and protect against losses caused by evaporation. Valvoline Cooling System Stop Leak is recommended for all types of cooling systems found in diesel and gasoline engines
